I used this bag to carry books in college so it has been heavily used & it shows. There are marks on the inside & out. There is also color transfer which tends to happen with Burberry coated canvas. That being said, I've never tried to bring it in to the store to have it cleaned. I don't know what if anything can be done. I just want to be honest. But this is an authentic bag.

@shelbedwards Ive used up the max pictures for the posting but it measures about 9inches in height, 14inches in length, & about 5 1/2 inches deep. Hope that helps!
