When an item does not meet your expectations,you contact Poshmark and open a case for returning your item,not the seller. Everything is done through Poshmark. They collect the money and give you 3 days to decide if you need to return it. They do take returns for sizing and comfort of you purchase. Your 1 star was very unfair. I shipped quickly and answered your request.
