I let it soak in laundry soap, and white vinegar for 24 hours, and the strong perfume smell has not changed. it is being washed for the third time. I realize that I accepted the item, but that was a mistake. I'm asking you if you would consider letting me return it for a refund. I don't like being out $16 for something that can't be worn.

kintsugivintage@sevenpats Hi, I completely understand and I’m sorry this happened to you. I tried to cancel the order but it won’t let me since it is past the 72 hour cancellation period. There’s no way for me to get around this since Poshmark controls the cancellations. However, if you contact Poshmark support and explain your situation to them then I’m sure they would be willing to work with you to resolve the issue

However there are two pairs of pants, The Madewell and the COH where there were holes in the crotch/Butt Area that have been sewn together that we’re not disclosed. kintsugivintage@amyhansen925 Hey Amy, I’m so sorry I didn’t catch that on those jeans 🤦🏻‍♀️I’m not able to issue credits because Posh has complete control over issuing funds but maybe you could email Posh support and they could give you a credit. Or if you want you can pick out two pairs of jeans from my closet that are priced 30 or less and I will send them to you for no charge to you, and you can keep the two repaired pairs as well. Just let me know what you want to do. Sorry again for my mistake.
