luizaestellaco Hi there see we see you opened a case on the orders that were shipped . We have contacted poshmark and they did inform us these had been all shipped on their side would like to see what item wasn’t as described . All these items were sent and if did not receive then it’s lost through USPS. This has never happened so we are waiting on another response from posh which takes up 24hrs. Please know we have hear from poshmark to see what else to further claim so we both get a solution . Thank you
