prettyplusyouTo me….. it just is what it is. I have a rolling balance in my account and I’m not asked if anybody remembers to put a comment or except their order. Life is busy for our buyers too and sometimes they’re not even in town when their packages show up.

leanderandheroThank you! It's rude when people don't accept their purchases. It is so unfair that there's so much pressure & expectation to wrap nicely, add a thank you note, and ship asap, yet in the "Dos & Don'ts" section they discourage even asking the buyer if they could accept their order. needs to be a buyer rating system. Double standards. There really does need to be a buyer rating system as well!

Dec 10Reply

msray0823@leanderandhero I agree😊. I pack nice, thank you note and even a free gift 🎁. And ship out the next day. Just to have them wait till the fourth day to accept. Do not cool 😎. Thank you for the feedback.🤸🏽‍♂️💕

Dec 10Reply

butthegrlI say the same thing , it’s as if they forget they ordered on Poshmark . I’ve noticed it’s usually more often than none a posher who just buys and not sell... or is not an active posher. I send Thank You notes and along with that ask if they would rate and accept... if everything is in great condition.

Dec 15Reply

msray0823@asloan18 yes. I just had a lady who is an posh ambassador, buy a 6$ top, she took so long to give me a lousy 3$ that I received it on the 4th day. And she still did not rate me. I sent her a thank you card, pretty wrap paper and a gift and shipped out same day. This makes me a bit sad that people are very inconsiderate. So sad. 😔

Dec 15Reply

butthegrl@msray0823 Wow! Yes, that really upsets me too! I’ve had one lady wear my shoes claim they were not as described and was able to get her money back... and she sent me the shoes back all scuffed up like she had worn them while drunk...lol... but the good thing is I put up a fight about the shoes that posh paid me for the shoes..lol... I was so mad!

Dec 15Reply

msray0823@asloan18 yes!!! I had a lady buy my $498 bag for a lousy 95$. When she received it she stated it was fake. Never!!! I sent the receipt from the Tory Burch store paid on his Mastercard and then she decided to all of a sudden keep it!!! I was not accepting her foolishness. People are very cruel and again inconsiderate. So I really understand that is why I try to keep my receipts, for people who lie or try to cheat me. 😁❤️💳

Dec 15Reply

butthegrl@msray0823 Yes, Posh needs to update the system. Nice talking to you!

Dec 15Reply

msray0823@asloan18 yes they do. Thank you. Nice talking to you as well. Have a good day.

Jan 01Reply

msray0823@ervonne yes. I have two orders now, I put in gifts for holiday, shipped fast and they have not accepted. So not fair!!! cdobson11@leanderandhero I agree there is one on another app. I have to be honest there have been times when I took a long time to accept because I was visiting my family but I always feel awful about it

May 15Reply

chrisonthiaHi there! Great closet! I totally agree! I wrapped up a Brahmin ( that was a collectors piece) anyhow, wrapped beautiful and added a gift. Mind you I only got my money I paid for it back. Waited the entire three days not even a rating!!! I shoulda wrapped it in Saran Wrap and put a lollipop!!! But on the other hand I had someone I bought 4 tops from that were so tiny I believe them to have shrunk!! I told the other Posher yet she was like, that’s too bad, sorry hun. I’m like yup!

May 17Reply

msray0823@chrisonthia you had me rolling!!! Yessss!!! Anyone that purchase from Haus Of Gurz gets an beautiful gift. I wrap up and a beautiful thank you card!!! Man.... some of my clients that don’t care 🤷🏽‍♀️ about the rules and just being polite... need that Saran Wrap& Lollipop 🍭🤣😆😂😂😂😂🤣🤣😆😆😆😂🤣🤣😘

May 17Reply

chrisonthia@msray0823 I’ll say LoL 😂 don’t forget about that bubble gum jewelry some of these peeps put out as if it’s actually worth something! I got a seashell somehow attached to sterling? I got it it was twice as big!!! I thought it came out a Cracker Jack box! WTH 🧐🧐🤨😝 took Posh five days to decide? Lol I shoulda been a lawyer!

stewy68Beautiful ♥️

May 31Reply

msray0823@stewy68 hello. We here at HausofGurz would like to tHank you for the shares. We really appreciate you. If you ever decide to purchase, you will receive 15% off 3 items and all purchases come with a gift 🎁. Thank you again, Ray 🦋

May 31Reply

saintsandaints@msray0823 I stop sending gifts just because of that. I think some of them reports not received to their credit card companies hence no communication. I've experienced that on bay. They reported after 6 months of receipt that they never received the item. I had a girl on here buy brand new Gucci shoes never worn. Claim she wore them one day. She emailed me pics. I said ok report that to Posh.

Jun 13Reply

saintsandaints@msray0823 They will try to switch out new items for their old. It's important to take a pic next to shipping labels to show condition upon shipping. It's sad we would have to result to that. And, they get mad if you ask them to accept. There will always be rude, inconsiderate, and disrespectful people on here. Keep smiling and happy POSHING.

Jun 13Reply

msray0823@trulydesire yes. I truly understand. I just got a client that gave me a 3 score because the Dress did not fall where she wanted it to fall. She stated it under “could Improve “!!! How? I did not create the dress!!! Poshmark needs to update some things, this is unfair to the seller. One of my favorite clients told me, to start giving them Lollipops 🍭 and wrap their stuff in Saran Wrap!!!Lmbo😂😂😂😂😂😭😭

Jun 13Reply

saintsandaints@msray0823 lol, can get real petty. I ask one to accept her new shoes with tags that she begged me to sale for 12.00 they were 38.00 give me 2 stars. I do tissue paper and post office box. I gave 2 gifts last week because i shipped on the 3 rd day. Why rush. 😊😊😊😊

Jun 13Reply

msray0823@trulydesire yes. Now that is very upsetting. They really low ball you, then have the audacity to accept late. It’s so unprofessional. I definitely understand. 💁🏻‍♀️❤️

beckbeckybeckExactly!!!!

Dec 02Reply

msray0823@beckbeckybeck Yes!! I had a Lady I sold a top to... at a cheap deal of $5... she never accepted, now remind you after Poshmark cut I got 2$!!! Like Really!!! You know darn well, we don’t get paid till you accept & it still don’t show in your account till a day or Two later!!! Wow!!! 🤷🏽‍♀️😵🥴🤐😩

Dec 02Reply

beckbeckybeck@msray0823 girl!!! Tell me about it!!

Dec 02Reply

corset_queen2I'm guilty of not accepting immediately after I receive an item. It's not because im being cruel, but sometimes I really forget. When I get the reminder, that's when I'll accept. However, I've been on both ends of the fence. So I understand.

Dec 13Reply

ambstotzThank you! I am throwing your stuff in the wash now and will ship tomorrow 😊

Mar 07Reply

msray0823@ambstotz Hi. Love. Thank you! Can you just wash in cold water, delicate. I will put in cleaners. I didn’t want sequins damaged and no offense (at all) I Don’t Use Tide. But I love all your stuff in your beautiful Closet I will put in cleaners and get it all new again🥰😂😂📦💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕

Mar 07Reply

ambstotz@msray0823 yes, that sounds perfect! Thanks again!

Mar 07Reply

emilyluvsmakeup@msray0823 This is my biggest "Posh Peeve" I hate it when people rush me to ship and then never accept their orders!!! Its not fair to those of us who put so much time and thought into making their orders pretty and special, and they can't just click a button? I block people for that 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

Mar 23Reply

msray0823@emilyluvsmakeup yes. I definitely understand, I have ppl say sorry I was outta town... okay... I ordered a package... so u know the process & it tells u when it arrived. Or I give a discount, wrap pretty & send a gift & literally... they don’t accept... they really should rethink their policy... how will Poshmark help US OUT... WE ARE PAGING THEM A FEE TOO!!! So sad.

Mar 23Reply

emilyluvsmakeup@msray0823 EXACTLY! PREACH! I say that all the time! I know Posh protects the buyer, and I appreciate that. But what about us sellers?? Where is our protection?? They take a percentage of OUR earnings, the buyers don't pay them! It's frustrating. I'm the same way, but I sell cosmetics and skin care. It takes quite a bit more to ensure that those items arrive safely, and I always

Mar 23Reply

emilyluvsmakeup@msray0823 make sure that they are wrapped pretty, include a ty note and free gifts, spray the package with perfume, and ship quickly. Ugh.

Mar 23Reply

msray0823@emilyluvsmakeup wow!! Super amazing and yes!!! Poshmark needs to help us out as well!!! Sitting there taking a fee... and then I give a discount on delivery so done stuff I don’t even profit... I just love to share & give regardless. But this needs to change.

Mar 23Reply

emilyluvsmakeup@msray0823 I agree 100%!!!

Mar 23Reply

blackallblack@leanderandhero Yes agree

Mar 24Reply

saintsandaintsAfter the second day. I blocked them. I get a lot of first time buyers, I think some are former blocked buyers. I found your page because I noticed you purchase some bundles off of here and wanted to know how was tbe hair? Thanks

Jun 21Reply

msray0823@trulydesire hi… amazing!!! The human hair purchases of course… they are amazing… you just have to wash & condition the hair… I don’t like the smell of it… I use nexus hair products so that smells great to me. But yes… those ladies I made those purchase from were real merchants & I got just what I paid for if not more. 💗

Jun 21Reply

saintsandaints@msray0823 Awesome. Thank you for your detailed response. I was wondering because after poshmark takes 20% how can they afford to sale so cheap. Again, thank you for your time.😊
