jenmor74Hello. This is 12.5 in acrossed when lying flat but you really can't go by that. This is made with spandex so it's meant to stretch. The correct bandwidths are listed above and this is true to those sizes when worn. Please let me know if you have any additional questions and thank you for your interest.
