The label says small but I had it tailored to be an XS. I am 5'3 and 110 lb. still loose fitting and very flattering dress. NO FLAWS! I am happy to answer any questions you have!! All following measurements are approximate: tops of shoulder seams are 16 3/4” armpit to armpit is 18 1/4” and top of shoulder to bottom hem is 31 1/4”. Fabric has no stretch.
