lips1 Hi this adjustable because the New Jersey winters can get brutal on the neck? Or is it more for when I move to California the winter morning are cold & Others wear such items for fashion😊

lips1 Oh my I was in the southside of Chicago at a course one year for my continuing education in February I was warned of the windows etc. truthfully it was just as bad as Northern New Jersey that week it was 20° but with Winchills about -10 Anyways thank you for answering all my questions😃
