Bought from a local boutique and never worn. New with tags. This is a mid thigh tunic style dress. Has an empire like waist and lace details. Bell style quarter length sleeves. kcfrance @raelynnrose21 these measurements are taken when lying flat: Armpit to armpit 19” Waist 17” (doubles equals 34 in around) Sleeve length 21 “ Length from waist 19” Let me know if you need any others :)
