I was unsure of the type of animal fur it was, so I listed it as “authentic” fur, as it’s not a faux fur. I’m working with Poshmark to resolve the issue. Thank you 😊

You should have gotten any email groom poshmark that they received your request and will be responding soon the same day, then received an email requesting pictures, which would be of an empty box. I would email them again through wrong item sent.
