I'm so sorry about your experience with your order. The purse you purchase is the same one on the listing. Seems like I used a horrible filter and I have no idea why the listing can't be seen anymore. I had nothing to do with that so I'm thinking the app took it down. In any case, I apologize. @washi_jessi see attached pic I had saved to my phone. Your post says new never worn but there is stain inside purse and a hole somewhere bc change is under the lining and the bottom of the purse has a button missing on the strap. But for the price it's fine. No worries.
