Chest measurement? What fabric is used and is it padded fitter fall and winter wear or light weight for year round use?

@lillangeldsk hello love, sorry for the delay! Chest measuremtns laid flat and zipped up are approximately 19 1/2 inches. The jacket is defintely more for year round wear and doesn't have any padding. It's lightweight and the material is 100% polyester for the body and lining. Lemme know if you have anymore questions 💜
