lovemayy @curb01 💕Hello! Sorry for the late response. Circumference is measured around the inside of the boot at the largest part of the upper calf and the Shaft is measured from the middle of the arch up the outsole of the boot to the top of the boot shaft. Hope this helps !☺️💕
