klawsam To be honest I don't know because I just lost 115 lbs. I'm guessing maybe 14. I'm 5'3" and 150 lbs and bottom heavy

klawsam It's nice but I don't fit into my smaller clothes (that i kept) at 150 lbs that I 150 used to fit in at 160 lbs. My whole body changed.
