kisskissvogue@alc030 Not annoying at all! So the front of the skirt part is open (think wrap dress style) so the skirt is technically open all the way to the top of the skirt. Laying flat, yes the front measures 32“. However it might lay shorter once you have it on and you body fills out the dress. I really hope I explained that clearly. Haha. 🤗
