npelance1@jessatx26 they runs slightly small, I’d typically would wear a small for open hip dresses, and I have the medium. I’m a 34D S/M 4/6 top 6/8 bottom. The measurements are from the manufacturer, and I remeasure them, it’s accurate. However the bust area has cups, so it’s hard to measure accurately when they’re flat. If you’re a 4 the small would fit. I’m also a 28 waist if that helps ❤️
