I wore this on my wedding day in April 2016. Style is C343. Swarovski crystals, fits 0-2 (tag says size 6, but it has been altered) dry cleaned and ready to be worn!! It buttons down the back, I did have a piece out in to conceal the back but it can be taken out to look just like the original design :)
