Vintage 1960's mod black beaded dress

Beautiful vintage Act III brand heavy knit black dress with beaded detail at neckline and sleeves. Zip back, functional beaded buttons, flattering seams. Two minor flaws: 1) left sleeve has a few small threads loose and may be missing a tiny bit of beading at seam 2) need an eye for hook/eye closure. Marked vintage size 12, fits more like a small/4-6. Approx. measurements (flat): 17.5” underarm to underarm, 37” long, 16” at waist, 18.5” hip, sleeve 21.5” from shoulder seam. Belt comes with it.
