drenelson Hi! I bought two necklaces from you recently and one arrived broken. The silver one in this pic. The choker is not attached. The gold dove one is too small for my neck. Poshmark will not provide a refund because I did not report it within 3 days due to a hospitalization. If you would be so kind to work with me, I can return these items for a refund or exchange if you have other designs with longer chokers, etc. Thank you for your time:)

drenelson I would love to take the crystal cross necklace and crystal ring set instead if possible. I will return your other items to you and pay the return shipping if you can ship the other items to me. Like I said, I had an unexpected medical illness and was unable to review my purchases in time! Poshmark has denied my request for a refund due to their 3 day rule and I’m hoping to work with you instead if possible. I would really appreciate it:)

drenelson Hello I am still trying to get in contact with you about my broken necklaces. Both are completely broken and I am not able to re/sell. I was unable to do anything about it in the first 3 days and I would appreciate a refund or another two items that I can actually use. It is one thing to have the size not fit, it’s another to have poor quality where the items break during delivery. Please respond soon so we can work together on a fair solution.
