Fitted through the hip and thigh, this flared pair sits between a mid and high rise, and features an of-the-moment cropped raw hem and cutout detailing. They are made by 3x1, and were purchased from Anthropologie. They are 94% cotton, 5% polyester, 1% spandex. Dry clean or hand wash. They are size 32 waist, but run a bit small. Usually 32 is about a 14, but I'd say these are more of a 12. The front rise measures 11", inseam is 26" and flat across the back is 17". These are new with tags.
