Yes we can absolutely work out an exchange. Posh doesn’t support returns for sizing unfortunately so I’d basically have to set up a $3 listing for you (lowest amount I can make it for) so that will generate a new shipping label. I’ll include a return label in the package. The charcoal is nice and I also have a more pink/mauve one.

The jeans — I won’t have back in until next Thursday or Friday. I have to check the tracking or I may have already put that info in the listing. I do have a size 5 on hand that was a size exchange for a customer. They still have the tag but just not in original packaging.

anthemoessa @scastino1 I’d only recommend size 5 if you’re closer to a 4 in women’s (I’m trying to get there but late night snacking doesn’t help! 🤣😬) If you’re closer to 6, go with the 7. The only issue is I don’t think they’d be here in time for your trip. I’ve restocked them 3x now...it’s crazy how popular they’ve been!

I’ll check at home for jeans I don’t wear to see what size they are. I don’t even know if posh as released me to purchase. So frustrating.

I don’t know what you do for work but back when I worked in the corporate world it was nothing but cattiness and drama. Uggh the worst! You said it! Just keep a smile on your face and keep it moving. So, Posh won’t approve returns for sizing (most sellers will work out exchanges) but if something is damaged you can open a case.

Then said PM gives 3 days to approve and I did so there’s nothing she can do (paraphrasing) It’s all good. I don’t follow her anymore. I’ve gotten to a point in my life where if your customer service skills aren’t on point I will move on. I’m a loyal consumer but I’ve had enough of the BS.

I’m exactly the same way with customer service. I’m shocked with what I see sometimes. Manufacturer errors happen but I wouldn’t want to see someone stuck with anything damaged. 😔

I sold the last 15 on a different venue yesterday. 😢 I do have 13 available or I could have 15 back in stock within a week. I’d just have to confirm.
