Yes we can absolutely work out an exchange. Posh doesn’t support returns for sizing unfortunately so I’d basically have to set up a $3 listing for you (lowest amount I can make it for) so that will generate a new shipping label. anthemoessa@scastino1 I’d only recommend size 5 if you’re closer to a 4 in women’s (I’m trying to get there but late night snacking doesn’t help! 🤣😬) If you’re closer to 6, go with the 7. The only issue is I don’t think they’d be here in time for your trip. I’ve restocked them 3x now...it’s crazy how popular they’ve been!

Then said PM gives 3 days to approve and I did so there’s nothing she can do (paraphrasing) It’s all good. I don’t follow her anymore. I’ve gotten to a point in my life where if your customer service skills aren’t on point I will move on. I’m a loyal consumer but I’ve had enough of the BS.

I’m exactly the same way with customer service. I’m shocked with what I see sometimes. Manufacturer errors happen but I wouldn’t want to see someone stuck with anything damaged. 😔
