@alehmkuh hi, the large size upper thigh flat measurement is 14β (circumference about 28β), the waist flat measurement is 14.5β (circumference about 29β), the fabric is pretty stretchy so a lot of wiggle room, hope this helps πβ₯οΈπβ₯οΈ
