kbiddick @suthern_sass thanks the the questions! If you look at the purple dress right next to this one, it’s the same dress in a different color, but I’m wearing it. I was a 34D at the time and weighed around 130 lbs at 5’3”. It’s a soft cotton and not stiff, hitting your curves loosely. From armpit to armpit it measures at 14 inches. The band below measures at 12 inches, flaring our from there. Does this help? 😀
