Jul 21Reply

anotherbookworm@saveddd1 hi! The party I’m co-hosting is for boutique items, which means the items were purchased wholesale. There are other parties today that you can share to, based on brands or categories. The evening party is usually the most inclusive. You can share by sharing to the party- using the share button on each item - just like you would share to your followers. I hope this helps :)

katiefusco85Hey there! I bought your yellow Clark’s platform shoes and love them. I have not worn them yet — just tried on for sizing and was wondering if it’s too late to exchange them for the 8 1/2 or nine that you have listed on Poshmark? Sorry I’m just now reaching out, I am new to Poshmark and was not quite sure how to contact you about that specific sale. Once I accepted it, there wasn’t a way to reach out other than this. Thanks for considering! -Katie

Mar 02Reply

anotherbookworm@katiefusco85 hi! I’m so sorry that the shoes didn’t fit as you’d like. Unfortunately, there’s no mechanism for an exchange on Poshmark. It would result in us having to pay for shipping both ways and violating Poshmark’s rule of no transactions outside its system. You can, however, sell the shoes using my photos, if you’d like. I hope this helps. Have a great day!

amandasparrow@anotherbookworm Hi, I just received the theory blazer and the sleeves have been shortened. I would like to return this item as it was not disclosed that the blazer had been altered. Can we make these arrangements? Thank you so much.

Oct 18Reply

anotherbookworm@amandasparrow hi! I’m sorry. I didn’t realize it had been altered. Please open a return. Under your purchases, find the jacket, and it’s the last option on the page.

Oct 18Reply

amandasparrow@anotherbookworm There is also a snag in the fabric on the right cuff, and a few stains on the fabric.

Oct 18Reply

amandasparrow@anotherbookworm Thank you so much, I’ll open the return tonight. Have a lovely evening!

rosieposher1920Hi! Sorry I missed you offer! It would only let me counter for a dollar more- and not just accept. So I hope you accept my $21 offer! Thank you!

delfrantiI’m disappointed that the vest I bought was sold to someone else. I’m not sure if it’s because it was listed on multiple sites but it was certainly a let down.

pennypocketSo I found the shoes at Nordstrom Rack, but I also support small business owner’s. They had on rack for $39.97, which means could potentially get addl off with my Nordy points. But again I’d like to support. Best to you, love your closet. I’ll be remodeling mine this summer, new products, new look and feel.

May 14Reply

anotherbookworm@pennypocket wow! Thank you so much! That is so kind. Best wishes in revamping your closet!

nolavintagegirlThank you for your kind offer on the bootie. I wear a brace on my left leg and afraid the shoe might not work, then what? I’ve been stuck with one boot that didn’t work. Can’t do that again. I meant to email the shoe to myself instead of “liking”it Thanks
