kimberlite8 hello i purchased a j.crew velvet jacket from you and have received it without any flaws. however, i also received in a separate delivery using the same shipping label a gray sweater dress size 12. id like to return it as it probably should have gone to another one of your customers, but i don't know how to as the usual return process is for an item i ordered. could you tell me how i can get a return shipping label to send you back the dress? thanks!
