@april76 so I have a wide foot and am a 1/2 size and typically size up 1/2 size in most shoes because of this, I fit my true size in these. So they probably run maybe up to 1/2 a size large. Not super narrow like a lot of boots/booties are. I have seen some people recommend sizing down 1/2 size in these.
