Waist 12.5” flat. Length 26”. Worn, but in great condition. 2 flaws along the waistline. Needs to be restitched. It’s not a hole, but the top seem, over the elastic is coming undone. It’s not a hole through the whole waistband. No other flaws. Model is 5‘9“ for reference

@clbruckner13 I think it is meant to be. I’m kinda tall so I tried to wear it lower. It looks ok that way too
