@mzamandarie laying flat the waist measures 17.5” and the hem measures 22” it has very little stretch. Hope that helps. Thanks for inquiring. 😊

@youngntwisted thank you. I’m gonna measure my skirts. Most of mine are stretchy express ones in med. size 10 American Eagle. Not sure how Zara runs. This is beautiful though! Going to measure 😀
