notbuddha7I’m a very upset. I bought those black Vans for my boyfriends birthday. So they are size 10.5 not 9. I already completed the payment and accepted the order. But this is ridiculous. If I knew they were a 10.5 I wouldn’t have bought them.! They are WAY to big for him. I double checked when I purchased the shoes, your listing says “9”. I should be reimbursed. Or allowed to send the shoes back. I hope you can see how this is a completely unfair situation to us. I did give you 5 stars too.

notbuddha7@pinkwinter25 unfortunately they don’t. They say size 10.5 and they fit like a 10.5. They are huge on him. He only buys Vans and always gets a size 9, which fits him perfectly. These are most definitely a 10.5. I wish they weren’t, believe me! He loves them otherwise. But they just are not the size we thought we were buying. I’m sorry to say.

The only reason I posted them this way is because my boyfriend is a size 9 on all his shoes and these fit him perfectly. My description stated tag says 10.5 but a size 9 should buy them. I will go ahead and contact Poshmark support regarding this matter to make sure everything is taken care of.

notbuddha7@pinkwinter25 so I heard back from Poshmark support. They kindly issued me a refund, but thwhy also told me to keep the item. Which I don’t think is fair to you. So, if you would like me to send the Vans shoes back to you, I will absolutely do so. Just say the word. Because I don’t know what to do with them otherwise, If you do want them back, send me your address and I’ll take care of it. Thanks again for your help!! It means a lot!😊
