goshletmeposh @wsand19100 Hi! 27” across on the bottom where it sits on the hips. The bust is completely open kind of batwing style so the measuring that in a way that makes sense is challenging. Does that help? 😊

goshletmeposh @bohoboy Hi! The bust is tricky to measure bc it is completely open all the way to the sleeve cuff/hem. It is a poncho type cut. It is a relaxed fit and very roomy for the bust. I would go with normal top size.
