poshmishmosh @regina_70 the way I measure the chest is lay the item flat and measure across from armpit to armpit. The small on this is 16” from armpit to armpit 🙂

poshmishmosh @regina_70 hi, I would check the chest measurement in the description. That would be the best way to decide. The bottom of the shirt will fit either way because of the way it’s made but the chest will be the deciding factor in my opinion. This has a good amount of stretch also. I hope that helps 🙂
