NAVY blue dress with a all over floral design. A halter neck open back,back tie. Very long side slit on left leg. Button closure polyester blend The halter top has little cutouts. S/M tagged M (4-6) Measurements will be listed upon request. This dress is sheer I didn’t thoroughly check them when I got them from a new vendor(the first vendor they were double lined!) but it is pretty see through you will need a underdress
