@c00kie_m0nster Thanks for asking. Yes, the omega-type necklace is from Italy marked 925. The centerpiece holding the amethyst is handcrafted in the USA and marked sterling. This is a piece I made when I was working as a silversmith/goldsmith. It is new with tags.

Thank you for liking this necklace. It is 45.5 cm long (18"). Yes, the centerpiece can be taken off so you can wear the necklace with other pendants. All .925 sterling silver. The necklace is made in Italy, the centerpiece was handcrafted in the USA.

@bas687 Hi, thanks for looking. The Omega style necklace is 4 mm wide. Length is posted in comment above. The pendant/enhancer is 2 cm deep and 7.5 cm wide. Hope this helps🐶.
