sols27 Well, it is a perfect size 12. It was never altered except in length and to add the off the shoulder sleeve. The black bodice is 10" from top center to the waist. The skirt is 45" from the waist to the floor in front. The back of the skirt is 2" longer to the floor. Hope that helps!
