Tan trench coat

Tan trench coat. Three snaps for front closure, side pockets snap shut. I believe it is vintage, it belonged to my mom and I think she wore it in the mid 90s. Used to have an extra zip out liner and a belt but those cannot be found. It has a thin satiny liner, more of a jacket weight. I can’t find the size. Armpit to armpit measurement is 23” length from shoulder seam to hem is 44.5”. Has a light stain on the back (5th photo). Please ask any questions.
