Jessica Howard dark purple bejeweled evening dress is stunning. —symmetrically draped bust and waist (top is lined) —embellished shoulder straps —gathered skirt that is fun to twirl in Approx measurements: —bust: 17.5” across —length: 32.5” One of the jewels at top right shoulder is missing (see last 2 pics).
