Will fit XL-3x (I would not recommend these for a size above 20). I am a 2x/16/18 and these fit me very well! Inseam measures 27". Rise is 10". Elastic waistband (unstretched) measures 26". Extremely stretchy! Peach skin texture. 92% polyester/ 8% spandex. These are so soft and not sheer.
