What is the material? Is it water resistant? Lightweight or medium weight?

@wintercreative It is lightweight and the material is 100% cotton! It’s very comfortable and would be great for a windy day! I’m not sure if it’s water resistant, but I assume since it’s cotton that it’s not. I hope this helps, and please let me know if you have any further question ☺️
