shelewlew @sexycath I am not sure. The watch including band is 9.5inches. The watch itself is 2inches long and 1.25 inches wide.

shelewlew @yayie27 this was purchased in 2010. I will post pictures with it on. It is kinda big. For reference my wrist is 6inches and I had to wear at the last hole on the band.

shelewlew @rkmiller8827 hi as far as clarity, I unfortunately do not feel a difference in my well being as the company advertise. But to be fair, I never wear it regularly and honestly never paid attention. Hope that helps.
