disa498 @bella4 Yay!!! I’ve been using essential oils now for a few years, I diffuse them and apply them Topically. It’s been helpful for me in keeping me pretty healthy. Maybe it’s my mind playing tricks but I can’t live without my oils!! Plus I’m allergic to eggs which means I can’t take the flu shot or even other vaccinations like the second MMR otherwise I’d go into shock lol! The struggles 😂😂😂

bella4 @disa498 that’s great ! I just load up On vitamins and lots of vit c ! I’m usually pretty good doe the most part. Barely get sick. I hope it stays that way. We’ve never taken the flu shot , I’ve never given it to my kids either. There’s no need for it. You never know what strain is going around. So it makes no sense to me. The one being administered right now doesn’t protect again the flu rocky had. So no point I think

bella4 @disa498 absolutely!!!! We are all that way. My little one actually developed a small car of eczema from over washing and sanitizing 😞 dr said not to much. But jeez who would tell their kids to wash hands less lol. So I just apply a very good moisturizing cream on his hands to soften them. He’s fine

disa498 @bella4 omg, that’s what my dr said too, lol!! Yeah no way I’m washing less so I just moisturize as well lol!! Everyone thinks I’m nuts cause I’m always using clorox wipes or spraying Lysol all over the place!! Since I work at a college it’s even worse cause students come in with the flu, strep throat lol!! I’m like really, stay home!! I’m constantly wiping down everything in my office lol!!

bella4 @disa498 right??? I was totally shocked when she said that. And I don’t blame you. Especially being in the school with all those sick kids ugh 😑 that’s how mine got sick. All these parents just sending their kids in while they are still Contagious. They may be masking their fever with meds and think that’s good enough. It’s so annoying. I need winter to be OVER
