Apple full skirt

It is a NEW full Apple skirt with 2 layers of black tulle on the inside which peaks out a bit at the bottom. It also has a a black slip under it all...the zipper works ok you have to toggle it a bit because of all the material but it will go up. The red is also a little deeper than the picture.It sits at the waist with a band of the same material. It hits right below the knee on a person 5'3. Size 0-2. It has no stains or worn spots.It's a perfect skirt for any fun outfit!
