I’m not getting anything 😥 gonna try walking you through the process to see if it helps : Go to the item you wish to purchase At the bottom you should have two options: Offer and Buy Now. Select the Offer option. It then opens another window to enter the amount you wish to offer for the item. Next it takes you the payment window, here you’ll enter all the pertinent information and submit. Hope this helps!
