NYE bebe strapless sequin party dress

Worn this one time, paid full price at the BeBe store in Vegas. It has blue/green/purple sequins with a black velvet. 3rd pic is on the inside it has a lining. Zipper in back and on top of dress inside has a stickiness so it doesn’t keep falling down.
