Does this have a nude liner underneath? Run small or true to size? I'm usually a size 5 pant but have DD/DDD cup size. What size would you recommend?

@courtnis yes has a nude liner. And I would say medium or large. I will measure both sizes for you tonight so you can see the difference from medium to large. And I would say they are true to size.
