Damaged returned item from Deanna Matherly (deanna0587.). Please reference before and after photos of this ring! I am imploring that Posh investigate the returned ring in the damaged state. The ring was too large for me. It now “fits” as it was altered by the buyer trying to size it on their own.

@steph737604 wish I could do more seems as sellers don't have much rights here had my prada brand new sunglasses all scrached up *returned tryed to complain to no response also had chick return my burbery jacket after shw wore it for 4 fays inly shipped back whennposh sent her reminder if she dont ship soon they eill relise payment she returned it eith sleaves tirend up to expose lining as she worn it &staiend it wish you best

I am so so sorry this happened to you my dear 😩😭😠. Unfortunately I know exactly how you feel 😩😩 I had the same happen to me. Someone bought an item, took it for a ride (there was evidence) and scratch up item, claimed it was already scratched and sent it back. The item was in perfect condition when she received it, she had the whole thing planned out, probably does this all the time. You didn't deserve to have your item returned and especially not in the same condition as when it left you.

@newfielover The band is oblong and twisted. It appears that the individual tried “sizing” it. I researched this person as well and shocked that they would act in a criminal manner and claim this ring is “fake.” Their job requires honesty and integrity.

@danglina Thank you. I’m over it, but was extremely hurt and shocked. It took a lot of time and effort to submit my evidence to Posh. Thankfully, they purchased the ring. It wasn’t about the money for me, but that someone would blatantly lie as this purchaser works in law enforcement.
