@heathert1 ok I measured it, it's 9inch in length, so it goes right under ur breasts and then the middle of it should hit right by ur waist & the end should go towards ur hips ❤️

I have had two c-sections and have that "lovely 🙄" extra skin that comes with that, that I can't get rid of. Will this be long enough to cover that, because everything else I have tried just seems to either ride/roll up or push everything down so I look skinny until you get to the bottom and it looks like you're trying to squeeze toothpaste out of a tube...lol

As far as fit, everyone is different, but to say it safely the center of the trainer sits at ur waist, then it goes both up & down. I have a shorter trunk & long legs so mine does go almost under my breast and to my hips xoxo

@kittminsgaming Hi love, the best way I’ve had good outcome with is by going one size up. IK that sounds backwards but if u r a Med then get a large. It works with a lot of stretch. So even though you are going up in a size, you will thank me later because it will seem too small, but it’s not, u just start at the first row & work ur way in! I hope that wasn’t confusing!
