Beautiful party dress by Jackie-O! Black material with tiered ruffles on the bottom half. Top is more fitted with short sleeves and a thin shoulder pad that can be removed if desired. Material feels silky on top compared to the stiffer material on the bottom half ruffles. Neckline is rounded in the front and makes a V in the back. Excellent condition. Tag says size 7 but see measurements for modern fitting. Chest: 17” Top to bottom: 36” Waist: 15” *F
