jenp238@ewrpmom actually I do have a question...do you have to make a purchase to leave a love note? Or can you leave one for a buyer?

ewrpmom@jenp238 You have to make a purchase because once you've received the package; you leave a rating for the seller which triggers your comments about the seller, which is the love note. If you want to leave a comment about the buyer you can leave it in the comments which tells about the buyer; their background etc Does that help?🌹

flmeld18Can I ask you for some help with Posh? I have someone who sent me an offer for 2 items from my closet but I want to bundle them for the buyer so they only pay shipping 1 time. Can you tell me how to bundle when they have made an offer but did not like the listing?

jenp238@flmeld18 Sure! You need their user name. When you share an item, you also have an option to share it to an individual, click on the search feature, type in their user name and share to the individual, it goes directly to a bundle. You can access the bundle by going to that person,’s closet, click on the top icon with shopping bag then click the three dots again and switch to sell view. The items you shared directly to them should come up in a bundle. Fingers crossed for a sale!

jenp238@flmeld18 but just so you know...I’ve had tons of people order things to ship individually. I once had a girl burn four items separately and did not want to bundle because she had an issue with a return. Posh makes you return the entire bundle if even one item is wrong. Have you sent them a message asking if they want to bundle? I would do that and they don’t respond ship it separately.
