thewhitelotus @sparkleandgrace They do run true to size but they also have amazing give to them. They're meant to fit loose, which they do. You can wear them lower on the hips for a looser fit or hight waisted for a more snug fit, by adjusting the waist tie. I wear 28 to 29 jeans and I take size small in the shorts. But I have buyers that wear much smaller and they also order size small. No worries on the bundles hun. You take your time! :-)

sparkleandgrace @thewhitelotus Yes! On the vegan organic diet! That is what I am on now. It is very hard to buy for around here where I live though because they offer many fresh veggies and fruits being in Oklahoma! We have only one grocery store that I like here and the rest of my family eats regularly.

thewhitelotus @sparkleandgrace It's hard to buy for everywhere hun. But stilck with it and just know that every good thing you do for your body is worth it. And just make sure any nuts you buy are RAW. You can make amazing delicious drinks, meals, sauces, and desserts with RAW nuts. You should never feel deprived eating vegan. I've been vegan nearly all my life. I've watched my entire family's health fail while at 63 I take absolutley no medications. Trust me it's worth the effort!
