what_women_need @milenita2030 is the measurement from the smallest setting or the largest. I had one before and loved it just want to make sure bc a L on your size chart is my exact size and when I bought one like this before a size larger then I measured up to actually fit better then my true size. I just want to make sure I get the right size

what_women_need @milenita2030 I saw your offer hun but was still wondering about the sizeing of the waist trainer I just don't want to get one that too tight. Like i explained about the L is my exact size but with my last waist trainer just like this one I got a size larger and it was just right
